What shop owners ask first
- Does it work on my own WhatsApp number?
- Yes, the number you already give customers. You do not get a new number and your customers do not learn one. You keep using WhatsApp on your phone exactly as you do now — Mawjud answers alongside you, and steps back the moment you type.
- Do I lose WhatsApp on my phone?
- No. Your phone keeps working, WhatsApp Web keeps working, and Mawjud answers through the same number at the same time. The one thing that does not carry over is the WhatsApp app for Windows, which Meta does not sync.
- Does it understand Lebanese?
- It answers in whatever the customer wrote in. "kif se3r l hoodie?" gets an answer in Arabizi. Arabic gets Arabic, French gets French, English gets English. It never replies in a script the customer did not use.
